McFagan Ltd is the management company responsible for Holmes Hill Estate, a 48-acre business park set on the main A22 road between Hailsham and Uckfield, near Whitesmith in East Sussex. The estate comprises the Main House, two lakes, woodland, container storage, retail shops, and industrial buildings, set within attractive, park-like grounds.

Owned by the McFagan family since 2004, the estate has gone from strength to strength, and from 2027 is on target to add further industrial units to the 14 already on site. With onsite management and superfast broadband, Holmes Hill Estate & Business Park is currently open seven days a week.
