This page is dedicated to the memory of Jeanett McFagan, who passed away on 7 June 2023. Jeanett was a minority owner of Holmes Hill Estate and joint founder of Holmes Hill Furniture, which she ran with great dedication for 15 years before the business was sold in 2019. As the estate’s principal early enterprise, Holmes Hill Furniture acted as the economic driver that helped transform Holmes Hill from a quiet farm site into the fully fledged trading estate it is today.
Jeanett played a significant part in shaping the estate and her contributions will be recognised by those who worked alongside her.

Thank you, Jeanett.
